Hi, My computer seems to have been infiltrated by something I believe is called Virusburst. I keep getting pop-ups telling me there is a system alert or a security alert due to a virus or trojan. When I click on the bubble it takes me to a page to download software. I have AVG, Super Antispyware and Avast running on my computer, but they can't seem to get rid of it, and it causes them to close down, saying an error has occured. Please, please can anybody help as I don't know what else to do to try and remove it.

Try running Superantispyware in safe mode,

Also download this and run it in safe mode,
Dr Web CureIt

Reboot into SAFE MODE

1/Click Start and then click Turn Off Computer.
2/In the Turn Off Windows dialog box, click Restart, and then click OK.
3/As your computer restarts but before Windows launches, press F8 repeatedly.
4/Use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.
5/If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot system, choose the installation that you need to access using the arrow keys, and then press ENTER.
Note: If Windows launches before you can choose a safe mode, restart your computer and try again
PS/ Sometimes it maybe the F5 key
