Hello People,

Wonder if someone can help because the silly software that Telewest provide (PC Guard) dont seem to be able to help, the Virus above has infected the following file:

"C:\Windows\System32\iedld32.dll"

If anyone can offer any advice, other than to go and purchase another version of Anti Virus software then please go ahead, I'm hoping that'll be my last resort.

NB. Running Win XP Home

All Help is Appreciated,

Many Thanks!

Uncheck the two tick boxes that are selected upon installation, do an update and then scan.

PCGuard isn't all that, and if it gets corrupted is a real pain to remove. I speak from experience, only through having two OS's on the same hard-drive did I manage to rescue my XP from a total re-install.

Cheers all for the posting, will try the advice given and if no luck shall resort to NAV.
