Virus Problem

I have a problem with a virus (not on this PC). The virus checkeer is AVG V7 free issue. It finds a virus called trojanhorse if a file called netyj32.exe.

AVG finds the virus but cannot remove the file. Also each time it finds it it states it is in a different folder.

How can I remove this please?
Originally Norton was installed on the PC but that failed to clear it as well.

If running windows me or xp, turn off system restore, restart pc in safe mode by pressing the f8 key and run avg again.

The problem is it's in in-use files so the virus checker can't get at it. The above suggestions are good and will probably work.

I had it a few months ago and had the devel of a job deleting it.I found a Small Downloader removal tool in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
