Note can't use System Restore
Tried Spybot Search and Destroy

CPU:AMD Atlton 2500+

If using Norton try system restore in safe mode.But doing that you may get Anti-virus 2009 back.

Sorry,but I am not using Norton but Avast Anti-virus Home Editon 4

Tried Malwarebytes
Note I can't use System Restore
Other User Accounts working fine.

Problem is how to make pictures (image files) working on Programs (IE 7) without removing user account.

In IE7 try tools--internet options--advanced tab and click on 'restore advanced settings'.

and remember to do the computer reboot when the scan has finished and rerun the scan to enable the fix to work
