PS - Prevx although fairly new, is a great malware cleaner.

yeh it might be a great cleaner but it costs $25
anything out there free

There is no need to worry
go to my computer
then open the c drive
then then windows folder
then double click system32 folder
ignore the warning as long as u dont touch any thing else
find "geeba" then delete it
there is no need for virus software etc
this is easier
let me know wat happens

You can still use PrevX free - I do.

"but im left with this warning on start up

C:\WINDOWS\system32\geeba.exe"

That's not a warning - can you post exactly what is displayed please.

technotiger
how do you do that?

Hi again
the .exe implies that it is a program
therefore you could go to add and remaove programs. have u installed anything lately? also the fact that it is giving you a directory, implies that it isnt a virus because viruses dont do that.

By the way, DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THE FILES
Ive typed geeba into google and "geeba.dll" is dangerous. you dont have that but i wouldnt risk it.
