virus hoax

I received an e mail warning me about a virus
that had been passed to my computer,
it was the hoax jdbgmgr.exe virus.
I deleted it before I read in the mag that it was a hoax.
now every time I bootup I get this nag screen,

one of the files containing the systems registry data,
had to be recovered by use of the log or alternate copy,
the recovery was successful
search revealed that I did not have jdbgmgr on my computer
I coppied the jdbgmgr.exe file from another computer,
and inserted it into windows system32 folder
It did not stop the nag screen
how can i get rid of this nag

The thing is not a virus, it is a legitimate windows file, the hoax is to cause unwanted concern to computer users.

If the warning has gone, you may want to tick this as resolved,

Glad you got it sorted, thanks to sys restore.
