Virus help required

Hi Guys, My father in law has picked up a virus called "blood worm" his O/S is XP Home and has no AV program running, The hard part about it is that he can not access the internet in order to download a removal program, any ideas. Thanks

First find them - then right click on them with the mouse - and select delete from the menu that comes up.

Let us know what, if anything, happens.

Also consider downloading an AV program, putting it onto a CD then installing it on his system from the CD.

If you're not close enough there must be a friend who is.

Beg, buy, borrow or steal a Norton Anti-virus disk and boot with it.

Set BIOS to boot from CD click here
