Hi I have NoCall.A virus lodged in this file,

C\system Volume\_restore{88C127DD-BDC3-4457-9588-7F08A25E1D01}RP91\A0023582.exe

and I cannot get AVG to heal it. The Resident Shield tells me it is there but the Virus Healing part of the application is unable to discover it. I cannot go back to a certain system restore point, refuses to load. How do I either kill this sucker or get to the file and delete it?

either right click my computer icon/properties/systemrestore, and disable system restore then cleanse re boot and re enable system restore.

How do I cleanse reboot? just restart or is this another dialogue box?

you cleanse using whatever virus remover you have and then re boot and re enable system restore.
