I seem to be infected by a trojan visrus called Agobot.19.AO which is located in windows/system32/drivers and in the file npf.sys.

The virus was picked up by AVG but when i have searched on the internet and Symantecs site i can't find any mention! Is this really a visus? What is the file npf.sys associated with? Is it safe to delete?

click here and read my post on this virus, but with a different ext. BK instead of AO. Yes delete it. If on XP then turn off sys. restore first and clear your temp files.

After cleaning turn sys,. restore back on. To turn off sys. restore right click on My Computer, choose properties then the sys. restore tab, place a tick in the box and OK it. Do the reverse to enable it. j.
