What is the name of the virus?

Which anti-virus software are you running?

Have you tried conatcting the person direct?

Have you tried contacting NTL and asking them to block that account?

Try to find out the name of the virus, and do a search in any search engine. Your results should highlight the best way to get rid of the problem.

When you say Norton doesn't fix it - do you mean it does find it, but it can't fix it? - If so thats not especially unusual, some virus infected files can only be deleted, not cleaned.

Or do you mean Norton doesn't even find it - in which case how do you know you've got it?
