VIRUE - jdbgmgr.exe

  chas 09:25 27 Feb 03

It's me again.
Just received email warning me that my address book is infected with the above, icon of teddybear.
It aparently attacks after 14 days.
The person who advised me has not contacted me for a great deal longer than 14 days and so far no noticable effects. I am told that all virus checkers have not picked it up yet. I do not know if it has been reported to Symantec etc yet.
Anyone know anything about this or is it a hoax?
