Virtual Network adaptor??????

Hi,
I was just browsing Device Manager and happened to notice 2 items under Network adapters ‘6TO4 Adapter’ and ‘{isatap.{0C0C645E-5337-45C9-9997-755063776766}.’ I assume that the former is IPv4 – Ipv6 related but I have no idea what the latter is. Are they virtual adapters? If so which application do they belong to?

Both show in properties under General ‘This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.’

Can anybody tell me what they are? I only became concerned when Google failed to come up with anything. My computer is a Dell 9200 with a 250 GB Hard drive and an Intel Core2 Duo processor 2.13 GHz with 2GB of RAM.
My operating system is Vista Home Premium Service pack 1, which is up-to-date with Microsoft updates with the exception of KB 951847. My Anti-virus is AVG 8 version 8.0. 233.
