Virtual memory too low

I frequently receive the message; "virtual memory is too low, windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory" etc...
However, windows apparently does not, as I keep getting this message, how do I increase the memory manually?

First. click on an empty area of your desktop, press F1 key and type change virtual memory in search box, that is what the Help screen is there for.
