Viewing web page thumbnails in XP

In Win 2000, you can see a representation of a web page using View > Thumbnail in windows explorer. In XP, you can't, apparently by design (Windows support article 327833).

Is there any way to switch this option on, or, perhaps more likely, a windows explorer replacement that gives you this feature?

thanks,
C

Probably a security measure. You could try the MS instructions but substitute regsvr32 /u to un-register the dll in question, though I'm not recommending it. I don't know of any other software that will produce a thumbnail of HTML pages.

Thanks for the info, brundle. I'm wary of messing around with dlls, though, so I think I'll leave that as a last resort. I'll keep trying out explorer replacements, I suppose...
