viewing 2 pcs via one monitor

i have 2 pcs both running xp and networked using 10/100 network cards is it posssible to view both pcs using only one monitor? if so could anyone please explain how to do it.

You need what is called a kvm switch - Keyboard, Video, Mouse.

You can then use one keyboard, monitor and mouse to control 2 (or more)PCs. For your requirements, Belkin do one for about £25 from Amazon.

as a matter of interest, I have been using VNC which allows me to connect to the other networked PC, see its desktop, use its programs etc
