Videowave 5 won't burn DVD

I've got MGI Videowave 5 on which I've successfully authored a short DVD movie. However, when I try to burn it to disc it goes through all the stages successfully then tells me "Error - Time Stamp could not be sent. The movie was analogue capture and I have a brand new NEC ND-2510A. I've tried Roxio support but they couldn't help. Can anyone else?

I'm guessing here, but does your Videowave5 support your "new" burner? Does it recognise new models, or is there an update available on the MGI/Roxio website for this software?

Alternatively (and since I use Pinnacle rather than your package) can you export and write to disk using your usual burning program, such as Nero?

Thanks a lot. Nero did the trick first time.
