videoegg adware

hi thee, i run avast and spyware terminator which usually do the job. somehow i have got hold of a bit of adware which seems to be called videoegg (spyware terminator picks it up on daily scan) it seems to be associated with macromedia/flashplayer/shared objects. Can anyone recommend some way of getting rid of this. Ta

Download the Free Version of Malwarebytes and run mbam.exe

that should shift it.

If MBAM doesn't sort it out maybe you could remove it from its folder either manually or by visiting the link here marked "You can also change your Shared Object settings by visiting Adobe Flash Player Setiings Manager"

Incidentally if you try to remove manually to view the Application Data folder you will have to make hidden files and folders visible.
