Hi all,
Have just tried to send a short video clip.Unfortunately the e/mail was bounced back to me as it was too big.Is there a way to reduce it in size so it can be sent ok.The video was approx 8mb.

Window movie maker will also do this. It is probably already on your PC.

The output is a wmv file which will play on almost all PC`s using windows media player.

rdave13: I would imagine that Photobucket have a maximum file size or length for videos. Do you know what it is?.

Standard PB accepts video up to 5 mins.
PB Pro ( to which I subscribe) accepts up to 9 mins 59 secs.
Pro costs about a tenner a year I think. It also gives you a storage of 5gb.

I have about 1300 photos/videos and only used 12% so far.
I find it excellent.

As I recall, YouTube allow a maximum video play time of 10 mins.

I have one of mine on there that plays for 10mins-15secs.

I took anchors advice and used Windows movie maker.Managed to load it ok and I,ve had a confirmation e/mail from the recipient to say all was ok.Thankyou all for your fast+knowledgeable
replies.I will now close this post.
