Hi, i am after a bit of advice, i have an external tv reciever (Freecom DVB-T) and i am looking to record something. Say fro example i wanted to record a football match and i only wanted the goals, is there any free or cheapish software or even software that coems with the Freecom DVB-T stick which i can edit the video recorded so that i can save it as only the goals recorded?

Also how much space approx woudl a football match take up on my hard drive?
If it takes up alot i would shove ito n my external one once recorded it.

We got Ulead recently on the PCA freebie disc which is ok for what you will want to do. If you are using XP then you already have widows movie maker but upgrade to version 2 . It is not the best but is ok for a starter. You will need to have a capture card as well. Your tv picture will be analogue so the card is necessary.Checkout ebay for these.

if you get a good tv card it will have a capture facility built in to record
