video drivers for old computers

a friend asked me if i could help them with an old packard bell club computer running windows 98se, there was no restore disc or anything else.
i formated the hard disc and reloded windows 98se but found that the grafix would only run as 16 colour. in the divice manager it only tells me that it has a standard pci on board card in it, i have been to packard bell,s web site, and it dose not seem to go back that far. could anyone please tell me how i can find out what card it is using and how to get a driver for it.

If you go to the driverguide site as linked by VoG™, don't bother to register. Just click on the member login link in Item 3. Enter drivers as the login ID and all as the password.
