video card for VCR input and tv reception

  naggis 15:31 06 Nov 04

I am about to upgrade the pc to xp 2500 and 512 of pc 2700 memory. Have dvd writer, 80 gig disk.
The pc is used for number crunching, picture manipulation and video editing but NO gaming. The present video card is at least 8 years old but seems to do the job alright (present chip is celeron 750 with 384 sdram)
With the new set up it would be good to receive Sky programmes. Can do this on present setup using Pinnacle DC10plus card. The picture is only 3" square but perfectly formed.
So if I had the right video card it should allow full screen viewing - shouldn't it.
Any suggestions for a low cost card to do the job? Thanks
