I have intermittent playback on video with jerky and stopping video despite having a measured 5Mbps broadband connection.

What settings do I need to alter please/

What sites are you experiencing difficulties with? Is it limited to certain times of day?

Unfortunately measuring a 5mbps bandwidth doesn't mean much. The speed you get depends primarily on the bandwidth available between you and the servers the video is held on.

The site that I am experiencing problems with is the Official Formula 1 website which indicates a bandwidth of 5200 Mbps yet still shows jerky and buffering.

A little better but still jerky and buffering on Grade 2 on bandwidth 5750 which makes me think that something needs resetting on my computer?

I would say its your download speed as that is where I score over yours
