What hardware/software do I need to transfer from video cassette to computer to enable me to burn to DVD?

Buy a standalone DVD writer, connect the VHS to the DVD and record in real time. It is very involved to use a PC as an interface to burn to DVD.

There are so many threads on this subject it isn't true.

Try this for some of them click here

alternatively, type in vhs to dvd in the search boc.

OK so why doesn't that link work? It was found by typing in vhs to dvd in the search box. So why doesn't it copy and paste?

Not a lot of good to point someone in the right direction if it doesn't work
