Very slow shutdown

On an earlier attempt it took over 16 minutes to switch off.
I checked msconfig, no problems there, ran cCleaner, A squared, AdAware,SpyBot and Avast4 and apart from a MRU object the PC was clear.

It has been a little slow in the past but nothing to worry about. The only other webpages I've been on were click here after installing Paragon Hard Disc Manager.
Running XP Home SP2.
Any ideas please?

Thanks for help guys, I'll wait before saying Resolved. Thanks.
