Hi,

i am after some help in writing a VBA program for Word 97 (on Win NT4).

Basically I have a folder that contains over 500 word documents and I want to print them all off.

Now I know I can go into explorer and highlight a group of them and right mouse click and print, but it only lets me do 10 at a time.

Is there a way I can do this with VBA? I would need the code to print them off in alphabetical order of the filename.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks.

I'm certain that there is a way but I don't program in VBA in Word. This may help get you started click here

You may find that you can make some progress by recording a macro to print out a series of documents, then examining the code produced.

I have just found myself needing to do this exact thing. I've found this in the MSKB click here

It works for me - printer is glowing nicely!
