validation failed

just recently when I start my PC I get this error message validation failed failed for c\programme files\Zone labs\zone aLARM\idlock.zap
also this happens sometimes with AVG. I unistall them, re-install and everything is okay, until I come to switch my PC on again later in the day or next day/
running XPHome with all updates.
