uTorrent Speed

I live in a rural area, and have a slow broadband speed (18kb/s). I am wanting to download YellowDog Linux, which is 3.7GB. I realise that this download will take a long time. When i start the download using uTorrent, i cannot access any internet sites through explorer at the same time, as i understand that it is using the entire bandwidth of my connection.

Is there a way i can set the download to run at full speed, and limit the speed when explorer makes a request for a site. (I have tried limiting the entire speed, but this is a hassle to change back every time i need to access a site)

Thanks if you can help.

Thanks for the offer, but I just had an email from someone offering to send me one.

Thanks again.
