Using WS_FTP

  Splodge 09:45 23 Sep 06

I am using WS_FTP to update my web page:
For some reason the ftp disappeared and I had to re-install it.

However, try as I might, I cannot configure it to upload my data!

I have competely forgotten what details I have to enter to connect to my host: Blueyonder.

I seem to have tried every combination and all I have done is become more confused.

I have uninstalled and now re-installed again. Can anyone using Blueyonder give me a step by step entry please.

My page is at click here

Many, many thanks. I feel so stupid but I did not think to look at the Blueyonder site because I always found it hard to navigate!

I owe you a drink!

Just out of interest you might like to see what you did! lol.

I will be changing my site back in a few days but ... let them stew for a little while.

I really wouldn't have bothered if they had not stated they returned postage on returns!

Don't beat yourself up ... it helps other buyers on the net.

Purely out of interest.

Refunds on credit cards are allowed to take up to thirty two days to happen, from the receipt of the returned goods.

A lot of places stick to this, hence keep it in their bank longer.

All the best.
