Using symbols subscripts etc. in messageslike this

  Rotenone 07:59 06 Jun 05

Is there a way whereby I can use symbols, superscripts, subscripts, different colours, different fonts(and sizes of font) etc. etc.... in a message such as this one that I typing now?.I am alright with these facilities in e-mail and word but what about sites such as this one? It seems that I can only type this message in this size, this colour and this font(i.e. 8?, grey and New Times Roman?(I don't know if this font that I am now using is New Times Roman).

Well, maybe not all of them.

Look at the ASCII codes: click here

You can use some symbols found in Character Map, but the font and colour are fixed.

If you want folks to see something other than text, you can use Print Screen (prt scr) or an image on your hard drive, and upload to such as Image Shack or Picture Host, click here and post the URL on here.

It's very handy to store a shortcut to the Character Map on the Quick Launch bar - then you can pop it up and use it with a single click, at any time.

Include all the formatting you wish to try.

Copy and Paste it into your reply.

Then you'll find out what's supported.
