Using Nero backup.

I use my 'Win XP backup' for backing up my settings, docs, favorites and e-mails etc, and I back up pictures and documents using 'copy and paste' to backup onto another HDD.

I was thinking about getting a backup software program such as Genie-soft, NTI backup or Acronis untill I realised that my copy of NERO 6 has a backup facility that allows backup on to HDD or DVD disk.

Has anyone used the NERO 6 backup program? and can you tell me how it compares with other software as above. Also does it have different types of backup such as Full, Incremental and Differental? I think that Incremental would be better for me to use for backing up my digital pics as it would be faster than copy/paste.
Thank you for any help. R.
