Using my old livebox for wifi

Hi I HAVE HAD TO COME AWAY FROM ORANGE AS THEY COULD NOT SUPPLY ME BROADBAND AT MY NEW ADDRESS BUT BT CAN,I HAVE A NORMAL BT VOYAGER 220V AT THE MOMENT BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO USE MY OLD LIVEBOX FOR MY LAPTOP BUT I CANT SEEM TO GET IT TO WORK, MY LAPTOP CAN SEE IT THE LIVEBOX AND SAYS INTERNET CONNECTED AT 54mpb BUT IT CAN NOT SEE THE INTERNET, ANY IDEAS AS I REALLY DONT WANT TO BUY A NEW WIRELSS ROUTER IF POSSIBLE ANY IDEAS PLEASE.

The Livebox cannot be used with service providers other than Orange. It is supplied as part of a package with them and is dedicated hardware to connect only to their service.

Hi thanks for getting back, probobaly the wrong question but i dont suppose that ther is any software about for it do you think?

There is no software that will let you use the Livebox with an alternative provider, if that's what you mean.
