Using more than one browser

I use XP and have Internet Explorer. I have problems using a particular site and it has been suggested that i use Firefox.

Is it possible to operate more than one browser in one XP user and switch between the two as appropriate.

If so how do I do it?

Thanks
Mike

Yes you can use any browser, just download it from the PCA downloads section. I use either ie7 or firefox...

Download Firefox, install and use

There are no special instructions for using two, three, four browsers or more browsers.

If so how do I do it?
just open them up,you can have them open side by side it doesnt effect anything.

Just install Firefox and don't select the option to make it the default browser (you can do that later if you want).

Then just start whichever browser you want to use.

You can have as many browsers as you want and have them all open at the same time if that's what you want to do, I don't run Windows but that doesn't matter because the same rules apply, I have as many as three browsers running in the background sometimes.

Thanks everyone.

Rather a simple process actually.

Firefox can also be used with IEView, which allows switching to open a particular website in IE. See:

I use both Firefox and IE7, but Firefox gets 98 per cent of the on-screen use.
