Using a Laptop screen to play on PS2

Is there any way I can use my laptop screen to play on my PS2? I have a TV out card in my laptop(Laptop is the Packard Bell Easynote R9200).
I'm at Uni and don't have room for a telly!

I've heard that you can't do this, but I would have thought you could? If not what would you recommend in the way of those attachable screens for a PS2? How much do they cost?

Many thanks

Cool, thanks. Which USB TV tuner card do you recommend for this purpose? Where would be a good place to uy one?
