Using Kapersky,got threats-What now??

Hi, i've just updated my friend's Kapersky on his Vista laptop and it run a full scan and it says that it has detected 7 threats but i dont seem to be able to do anything with them, if i right click on them the only options i get are 'Go to Description, 'Add to exclusions', 'Open folder where file was initially located', 'Delete from list' and 'Clear list', i am unsure of what to do, can anyone please advise me?

Are they under "Vulnerabilities"

If yes its just telling/advising you there is a updated version

Hi, they are under the folder/tab ,marked 'Deteceted threads' but next to them it does say, for instance, 'vunerability/httpwww....', is this ok then please?

Yes its just telling you there is a more updated version of the programs software,

If you follow the link it gives you it will take to the site were you can download a update

But its not compulsory its just advising you.
