I have used Netscape Navigator for programming in javascript on an OU course, would now like to use Firefox for same purpose, I can see how to write & check a one line program in the error console but cannot see where / how to use Firefox fully. ie to write longer programmes where do you start?
Where do I get the working desktop?
If anyone can understand what I am trying to say I would be grateful for any help,
Thanks for looking

Do you mean about:config?

If you key

about:config

into the address bar and click Enter it will list FF's commands etc.

Thanks for useful info Stuartli, have now installed SeaMonkey which should do what I want.
