Usernames in Internet Explorer pages

Hi all,
Anyone know where Windows98 or IE keeps your usernames or logon names that appear in a drop down list when you go to log on to a site using Internet Explorer.

I'm giving up a laptop and would like to delete all the stored log on names and passwords that Windows98/IE so helpfully offers to remember for you.

Cheers all...

Internet Eplorer - click Tools (top toolbar) click Internet Options, select the Content tab then under the Personal Information settings click the Autocomplete button.

Deselect all the tick boxes where it says "Use Autocomplete for" and click the Clear Passwords and Clear Forms buttons.

That should do it.

That does what I wanted to achieve - many thanks.

But where are the names & passwords actually stored? Anyone know?
