userlogon.exe file - windows XP

My computer informs me that my userlogon.exe file is missing. This is slowing down my start menu and I also miss seeing my name on the computer when it starts up. How do I get this file reloaded. I looked at my Windows XP disk and couldn't see any shortcut method to just reload one file. Thanks for help..

Have your Xp disc in the drawer. When is shows up on your desktop, exit it but leave it in the drawer. then type
Start, Run Type sfc /scannow

I tried this solution but it didn't work. Any body else have a good idea how I can get the userlogon.exe file back. I slows my start up by two or three minutes. I really don't want to reload windows again. Thanks
