I have recently upgraded to vista and I just cant understand all the diffrent parental controls I have set myself to be the addministrator and another account t be a standard user but I still get told all the time that I cant do this and that with out elevated privliges does this mean I have missed a setting somewhere or done something wrong and also the windows help mentioned tokens what are these.

Thanks Alan

No, if you are opening a program which might need priveledges Right Click on it and choose "Run as administrator.
If you happen to be the only person using the computer you can turn User accpount Control Off in User accounts.
