Useful bit of diagnostic/help software.

Have been trying out the free version and have found it very easy to work with compared to other products that require you to be fairly knowledgeable when using such software.

You can for a short time get the Plus version provided you do the usual these days and like it on Facebook.

I can only assume the video tutorial takes up most of that.
