Used space on hard drive

When I right click my C-drive icon and select properties from the dropdown the cake-diagram says there is 13.5GB used space. When I now double-left click the icon to show the files on the c-drive the addition of the sizes of the files is 6.92GB. Where can the 13.5-6.92=6.58GB be hiding if its not in the C-drive files?

There'll be a lot of hidden files that you don't see in the Explorer view, 206. Are you counting the System Restore files, the Hybernation file, the Swap file, all your Temporary internet files, Temp files etc., etc.?
