My brother has a Dell dimension 4400 and he needs a usb2 pci card, I cant find any listings for this card anywhere. would any usb2 card work in this pc ???

A USB 2.0 card is a USB 2.0 PCI card. Unless you think of laptops in which case they are called PCMCIA cards and are designed to fit in an external slot on the laptop. The PCI mentioned in case of desktops is the slot it uses on the motherboard. PCI slots are the white ones at the bottom of the board, all computers I have seen have at least 3 PCI slots and some have 4.
