Hi I have an integral 32GB usb stick and it works fine on my PC (Win 7) and netbook (Win 7) but my laptop (Vista) won't see it, although it does light up as it should, so clearly connected.

My laptop (Vista) does recognise interal 2GB stick, and other usb devices

I've reformatted the stick (32GB) but still not recognised. I've also checked in Devices and there are no yellow marks

Could anyone help re getting this to be recognised, please? I'd be very grateful

Thanks

Refresh USB Ports Use Drive clean up to remove USB device drive info from the registry click here device manager Uninstall EVERYTHING under the heading USB, reboot the PC let XP find and install new hardware. Your equipment should now be recognised.
