Usb or ethernet for AOL Silver?

  Skulkin 10:16 06 Feb 06

Hi all

I've just had aol silver bb installed, though looking through the posts on here this could seem to be a mistake? Could get trapped in yearly contracts? Support not brilliant?

Anyway, it was supplied with 2 leads, usb & ethernet.

My pc has a spare usb port & my Device Manager tells me I have a VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adaptor.

Could anyone tell me which would be the better connection or does it make no difference?

Many thanks in advance

I'd go ethernet if that works for you.

Diodorus Siculus - Thanks for your reply.

Any particular reason why?

Simply my preference and it seems to cause fewer problems than USB.

I would concur with Dio's comments, plus it keeps another USB port free.
