I have 3 USB keys, all work fine with my home computer (Time - running XP Home SP2). I have just been provided with a new computer at work (Dell running XP Pro SP 2) 2 of the keys appear to be regcognised but are not allocated a drive letter. One works fime. The same happened with a Dell lap top. Any suggestions?

Talk to your It dept before messing with a work PC.

Refresh USB Ports
In device manager Uninstall EVERYTHING under the heading USB,
reboot the PC let XP find and install new hardware.
Your equipment should now be recognised.
