I have an Intel cs330 Webcam. Which I installed on WIn98se a year ago without any problems. Last week I installed WIN xp on another drive. Now the Web cam does not work on WIN98 of my computer.I tried other USB devices, they all work. I tried the WEb cam on a win 98se laptop, it worked there. Why doesn't it work on my WIN98 copmuter. PS Iam not trying to get it to work on Win xp, but my old win 98se.

Does it work on Windows XP? Only asking this for complete-ness.

When you say "does not work", does windows recognise the webcam exists and you just get a black image....or does windows not even know the webcam is there?

I have not tried it on Win xp, as I do not have the drivers and the intel create and share is not Compatible with Win Xp. In Win 98se the message unkown device appear. When I click the intel snapshot icon I get a message saying a capture device is not connected.
