USB Controller problem

  recap 12:24 07 Apr 04

Hope somebody can help with this one?

Running Windows 98.

Attempting to load software drivers for a USB back up device on the above, but the system will not recognise it. Looked in Control Panel/System and found that the USB Controllers are missing.

Any ideas as to how I can get these back please?

Hi, USB controller drivers are generally bundled with your motherboard. If you dont have the motherboard disc then you will have to find out the make and model of your motherboard, go to the makers web site and download the USB controller drivers. Cheers, Bill
