Have the following set up

Running Win ME – 300W PSU – 800 Mghz Pentium III – Award -Via Technologies VT82C692BX MB - 768Mb
SDR Ram – WD10GB Master & 20GB Slave HDD’s
NVIDIA RIVA TNT 32Mb Graphics – Creative SB Live Audio.

I have no problems whatsoever with accessing any other sites for as long as i like.
With my USB1 - ADSL Modem.

But within 10 minutes of connecting to MSN to collect my hotmail or go into MSN Messenger to talk to my brother in Canada the USB-ADSL Btinternet intermittently cuts out and I loose the connection.

Works perfect on my XPHome loaded machine.

Is anyone else having this problem? and if so how did they solve it?
Any help will be gratefully received.

Could be something to do with the infamous ME leakages or low system resources.

To think that myself because i connected direct to the Motherboard USB. Disconnected the Powered USB Hub and although I got an extra 10 mins out of it it still cut of.

BUT Cacheman was showing that i still had 495Mb of Memory available.

Crazy isn't it ?

Thanks all the same for your time.

Wonder if anyone else can shed any light on the subject !!!!!!!!!!!
