USB 7 in 1 card reader/writer software change

I have got 7 in 1 USB card reader/writer. It seems to be a generic device as there is no manufacturers name either on the unit or the software CD. I bought it in January from the Gadget Shop.

I use Windows 98SE and when I installed the software, I found that I had the choice of installing different software for using it with USB V 1.1 or USB 2.0. As at that time I only had a USB V1.1 port, I installed that software for use with USB V1.1.

I now have installed a USB V2.0 interface card in my computer and wish to upgrade the software of the card reader to take advantage. Unfortunately, I can not find any information of how to do this or even how to install the original software. There is no information on this on the software CD.

Looking at the Add/Remove program from the Control Panel in windows 98SE, I am not certain which software I should remove.

Does anyone have any idea of how to change the software of the card reader to utilise USB V2.0.

Thanks,
T. Edwards

Jut reinstall the software and choose the USB2 drivers this time.
