If you mean by 'Hub/ an external device that gives you extra sockets, then indeed - you purchase the next one.
If you mean the socket as on a motherboard, check out your PC repairer.
Unless you are good with a soldering iron then check out Maplin for parts

But as a guess if you refer to mother board then - I would think you are going to have to replace the board

If it is a hub you are talking about that is an external item you connect to the motherboard to allow you to connect more USB items then yes you can get the bits but I would suggest bearing in mind the price of a new hub its hardly worth it - and you would have to be pretty good with the soldering iron as well.

As a general rule -no I'll venture to say absolute rule- nothing in computer hardware is 'repairable'
it is either simply not possible or plain ain't worth the hassle.
