USB 2.0 Problem

Help !
I recently installed an extra 512mb of SDRAM.
Ever since my USB2.0 ports have not worked.
In the Device Manager within Windows XP it shows they are working properly.
The USB drivers appear to be correct, Version 5.1.2600.1106.
If not where can I get the latest drivers from?
I have checked the BIOS, though I am unexperienced in this area, and all semms well. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
My motherboard is an MSI KT3 Ultra2 with an Athlon XP2000+ processer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just uninstall the USB root hubs

XP will reinstall from its drivers cache.
